1. Service Description

AutoRecall App provides meeting recording upload, transcript generation, and AI summarization features through desktop and web applications.

2. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and promptly report unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service for unlawful activities, unauthorized surveillance, or content that infringes rights of others. You are responsible for obtaining consent where recording laws require it.

4. Billing and Subscriptions

Paid plans renew according to the billing cycle unless canceled. Billing is processed by Stripe. Plan changes, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the checkout and billing terms shown at purchase.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of your recordings and uploaded content. By using the service, you grant us permission to process this content only as needed to provide the subscribed features.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, AutoRecall App is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or misuse of the platform. You may stop using the service at any time.
