AutoRecall App was built from a simple frustration: important details from meetings slip away too quickly. Notes are incomplete, action items get lost, and key decisions fade from memory within hours.

We built a tool that runs silently in your Windows system tray, capturing both your microphone and system audio with a single hotkey. Every recording is automatically uploaded, transcribed by AI, and summarized into structured notes with key decisions and action items.

How it works

  1. Install the Windows app - a lightweight tray application that uses minimal system resources.
  2. Press the hotkey to record - captures your microphone and system audio simultaneously using FFmpeg.
  3. Review on the web - recordings are uploaded automatically. AI generates transcripts, summaries, and action items.
